The Aria Hotel and Casino cost $1.9 billion to build, which is an average of $330 million per acre.
The Aria Hotel and Casino is one of the most expensive hotels in Las Vegas. It was built by MGM Resorts International, who spent almost $2 billion to create this luxurious resort. The project took nearly five years to complete and included a 200,000 square foot casino floor filled with over 2,000 slot machines, 40 table games and more than 50 poker tables. There are also more than 4,000 hotel rooms on site that range from luxury suites to standard rooms for those who aren’t looking for the bells and whistles associated with staying at a luxury casino like the Aria.
The resort also features several dining options including restaurants from celebrity chefs such as Emeril Lagasse’s Delmonico Steakhouse, Wolfgang Puck’s CUT steakhouse and Jean Georges Steakhouse (also run by Puck). Aria Hotel Las Vegas Cost To Build
The Aria Resort and Casino was built at a cost of $3.8 billion and opened on December 16, 2009. It’s currently owned by MGM Resorts International.
The resort has 2,034 guest rooms and suites, spread across its six towers: Vdara, Mandarin Oriental, Aria, Avanti, MOzen Bistro, and Crystals shopping center. Additionally there are two pools (one indoors), a spa and salon, a nightclub called Intrigue, several restaurants ranging from fine dining to casual fare and over 100 shops at the luxury retail center known as Crystals.
