Here’s a 300 sq ft building plan that you can use as a guide for your own home. The total square footage of the house is approximately 300 sq ft and this includes the basement too.
The living room measures about 10′ x 10′. The kitchen is also 10′ x 10′. There are two bedrooms in this house. One of them has a closet and both have windows. There is also a bathroom which measures 6′ x 6′.
