Free Roof For Veterans
Whether you’ve served in the military or not, odds are someone you know has — especially if you live in the U.S. With the all too common Veterans Day celebrations, I thought it would be a good time to share this resource, because let’s face it: contractors love veteran customers! They pay their bills on time and they’re more likely to tell their friends and family about their experience (which isn’t necessarily true of every person). There are a lot of contractors who do great work simply because they do right by their veterans customers.

Free Roof Replacement for Disabled Veterans
If your disability prevents you from completing the repairs yourself, we can do it for you at no cost! Our crew has experience with many types of disabilities and will work with each individual on an individual basis to make sure that everything gets done correctly and on time.
If you are terminally ill and need a new roof, then we want to help! We will come out and install a new roof at no cost to you or your family members.
If you are a disabled veteran, you may qualify for a free roof replacement. The VA’s Home Improvement Loan program offers up to $6,000 in down payment and closing cost assistance. The loan must be repaid over a 15-year term. You can use the funds to cover the purchase of your home or refinance your current mortgage and leverage the equity in your home to finance other projects such as home improvement or repairs.
The VA also offers two different types of loans for homeowners covered by its programs:
VA Streamline Refinance Loan: This program allows qualified veterans to refinance their mortgages into an improved loan with lower monthly payments and reduced interest rates. The VA will pay off the existing loan balance with this new loan and issue a Certificate of Eligibility (COE).
VA Rehabilitation Loan: This program is designed to help veterans who have suffered financial hardship due to medical conditions related to their military service obtain the funds needed for essential repairs on their homes or properties. It allows eligible veterans to borrow up to $50,000 at low interest rates with flexible repayment terms so they can afford these repairs while still making regular mortgage payments on their primary residence.
The Roofing Company is proud to offer free roof for veterans.

The roof is the most important part of your home. It protects you from the elements and helps to keep your house cool in the summer and warm in the winter. When it comes time to replace your roof, you may be thinking about how much it will cost you. However, there are ways to get a new roof for free.
Free Roof Repair for Disabled Veterans
If you have served in the military, then it is likely that you have been injured while on duty. You may have received an injury that has left you unable to work or one that makes it difficult for you to do so. In either case, if your disability prevents you from working full-time, then there are programs in place designed to help disabled veterans who need assistance with their finances.
One of these programs is called SBA 504 Loans and it provides funding for small businesses owned by disabled veterans and service-disabled veterans who have been wounded or injured while serving our country in combat zones during times of war, as well as those with disabilities resulting from diseases that were acquired while on active duty
The SBA 504 Loan Program offers up to $1 million in financing per business owner with terms up to 20 years at low interest rates
The H.O.P.E. Program is a collaboration between the United States Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD) and the U.S. Department of Veterans Affairs (VA). The program offers eligible veterans, who have a service-connected disability rating of 30 percent or more, a free roof repair or replacement through a VA-approved contractor.
Eligibility Requirements:
The veteran must have an income below 80 percent of the median income for his or her area, which is determined by HUD. In addition, the veteran must have been fully disabled as a result of military service in any war or conflict in which the United States has fought since December 7, 1941, including: World War II; Korean War; Vietnam War; Lebanon/Grenada/Panama/Persian Gulf War; Somalia; Bosnia; Kosovo; Haiti; Cuba Missile Crisis; Southeast Asia (Vietnam) POWs/MIAs; Cold War (Korean DMZ); Operation Just Cause (Panama); Desert Shield/Desert Storm (Kuwait); Afghanistan Campaigns; Operation Iraqi Freedom; Operation Enduring Freedom – Philippines (OEF-
Many veterans have disabilities as a result of their service, and some are unable to work due to those injuries. The VA provides a wide variety of benefits to help disabled veterans, including financial assistance with the cost of a new roof.
If you are a disabled veteran and need roof repairs, consider applying for a benefit known as the Aid and Attendance Pension (A&A). A&A is designed to help pay for some of your expenses, including things like food, clothing and shelter. It can also be used toward paying for items that help make life easier such as ramps, grab bars or stair lifts. The money provided by this benefit must be used for specific purposes only.
Once you receive approval for A&A, it will be sent directly to your home so there is no need to apply separately for the money from the VA. You will receive an official letter from the VA informing you about your eligibility for this program and how much money you will receive each month based on your income level and other factors such as marital status. In addition to monthly payments from the VA, many states offer additional benefits that can help disabled veterans pay off medical bills or repair their homes in order
If you are a disabled veteran and need your roof repaired, we will do it for free. We want to help our disabled veterans and their families. We are doing this because we believe that they deserve the same respect and appreciation as any other American citizen.
