How to build a wall bed with desk

The first step is to measure your wall and take down the measurements. You will need this when you go out to buy your wall bed plans. A good rule of thumb is to make sure that there is at least 10 inches of space between the top of your mattress and the ceiling when it is folded up. Once you have done that, you can start looking for a desk that will fit into this spot.

The next step would be to start building the desk. You will need help with this part since there are a lot of pieces involved in creating your own wall bed with desk. You can also hire someone who has experience with making these types of things if you do not want to risk breaking anything or if you just don’t have time to build one yourself.

Once everything is built, all you have left to do is put it all together! The next step would be putting together the bed itself, which should be pretty easy since it’s only one piece instead of several like the desk was!

Building your own wall bed is not difficult if you have the right tools. The most important tool is a circular saw. This is needed to cut through the wood and make accurate cuts. You can rent one from your local hardware store or buy one for about $20 at Walmart or Target. You also need a drill, hammer, screwdriver and pliers.

Once you have all that equipment, you need to decide how high you want your bed to be when folded up against the wall. This will determine how tall the legs are on the bed frame and how long they should be. You will also need some 1×6 or 2×6 planks of wood that are around 12 inches wide so that they fit snugly against each other when closed up (without gaps) and look like one solid piece of wood when open.

When you’re ready to start building your wall bed, cut two pieces of 2×6 lumber into 4 foot lengths then cut them in half so that you have two 2 foot long pieces of lumber left over (4 feet total). Take these two pieces and attach them together using 3 inch deck screws so that they form an “I” shape structure.
