Make sure you have enough space for your small modern house and make sure it is not too close to your neighbors.
Let’s start building! This is the first step of every minecraft project: The foundation.
The first thing we need is 6 blocks of sandstone on top of each other. Then we can add some blocks to the side so that they form a flat surface where we can work on later. We also need 4 more blocks to prevent the rain from coming in through our windows and doors (we will use them later). After that we can start building our house! Let’s start with the backside of our house so that we don’t have to look at it later when we are finished with all sides of our house 🙂
Now that we’ve built our backside, let’s move on to the front side where we’ll put some windows and a door 🙂
In this tutorial we will be building a small modern house in Minecraft. The first step is to find a good location for the house, preferably near water and trees. Once you have found a good location, clear the area of any obstructions.
Next we will start by building a small base for our house. It should be about two blocks high and two blocks wide with one block thick walls. You can also use 2×2 or 2×3 blocks for this step if you want your house to be taller or wider than two blocks but don’t want it to be too tall or wide. We will also need at least one window so that we can see outside from inside the house.
Now that we have our base laid out we can start adding some decorative elements to our home like fences or railings around the perimeter of our home and some windows on the front of our house so that we can look out onto our front yard while sitting inside enjoying the sun.
The next step is to add some wood siding around the outside of your home using wooden planks which look really nice as well as adding a door to get inside your new house!
This is a small modern house in minecraft. I made this house with a pool so that it could be used as a vacation home. The house can be accessed through the ladder on the right side of the house.
The interior of this house is quite simple, but it has all the necessary rooms for living such as bedroom, living room and kitchen. The kitchen is equipped with all the necessary appliances such as stove, oven and refrigerator to make cooking easier.
The bedroom doesn’t have any bed yet, but there are two chests of drawers where you can store your clothes. The chest of drawers on the left side can be used as a bed if you place an ordinary bed beside it (try not to place beds against walls or else spawning mobs may spawn inside them).
There’s also a storage room behind the kitchen where you can store any extra items that aren’t being used at present time.

1. First of all, you need to create a new world in Minecraft 1.7.2 or newer version and select the Creative game mode (M). The seed is 873232415467669002:
2. After that, go to your seed and type /tp -34904 -5096 -199 on the command block and press enter. Now you are at the spawn point of your world (or close to it) and can start building your house:

This is a small modern house with pool. It has an outdoor living room, swimming pool and a small garden. The main idea of this project is to show you how to build a small house for your sims in minecraft. The house itself is quite simple. There are only two floors, but it will be enough for your sims to live in it.
The first floor consists of one big room with a kitchen, dining area and living room. There is also a bathroom with a shower and toilet there. On the second floor there are two bedrooms and one big bathroom with a bathtub and shower.
Step 1: The First Floor
Start by building the first floor. Make sure it is at least 4 blocks high and make sure it is square. Then, build a staircase on one side of the house and make sure it goes up to the second floor.
Step 2: The Second Floor
Now that you have a staircase, you should create another floor above the first one. This time, make it 5 blocks high and leave 1 block of space at the top so that you can add windows or doors later on. If you want to add windows or doors, now is the time to add them so that they can be seen from both floors.
Step 3: The Roof
Next comes the roof of your new house. You are going to need two different pieces of wood for this part so go ahead and get them now because we will be using them shortly. Once again make sure that your roof is 5 blocks high with 1 block left over at the top where we will put our chimney later on in this tutorial series!

How to build a small house in minecraft.
This tutorial will show you how to build a simple house in Minecraft. It’s very simple, but if you don’t have time or just want a quick start, this is for you! We’re not going to use any mods or anything, so anyone can do it!
Step 1: Start off by building your front door and roof. If you want to make it fancier, add some windows and a chimney (my example doesn’t have any). You could also add a doorbell if you want.
Step 2: Next add two more walls that go down until they meet the ground (this will be your living room). You can also do this with stairs instead of making them flat on top (like mine). Just put one block inside the other and then put one block in each corner of that box so that there are two spaces left inside the box (the corners). Then put another block down in each space so that they’re flush with the wall and repeat this process until you reach the bottom of your stairs/flat roofs. Make sure to leave enough room for windows if you’re using them! Also make sure to leave room
